Job summary

Simone's Tutoring in Dubai seeks an Executive Function Coach to support clients in developing planning, organisation, working memory, impulse control, and self-regulation. You will provide practical, personalised coaching for daily life, academics, and professional tasks.

We offer a flexible freelance schedule, remote or in-person sessions, and commission-based compensation. Candidates should have EF coaching credentials, 2+ years of experience, and ICF membership.

Qualifications

• Coaching qualification in executive function, ADHD coaching, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years executive function coaching experience.
• Strong understanding of neuropsychological executive function models.
• ICF or equivalent professional membership.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' executive function profiles and day-to-day challenges
• Design and deliver personalised EF coaching programmes
• Teach practical tools for planning, prioritising, and task management
• Coach clients in developing self-monitoring and self-regulation strategies
• Support students and adults who struggle with initiation, transitions, and flexibility
• Collaborate with therapists, educators, and families
• Monitor client progress and adapt coaching approaches over time

We are looking for an Executive Function Coach to support clients in developing stronger planning, organisation, working memory, impulse control, and self-regulation skills. You will provide practical, personalised coaching to help clients manage daily life, academic demands, and professional responsibilities more effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Assess clients' executive function profiles and day-to-day challenges

Design and deliver personalised EF coaching programmes

Teach practical tools for planning, prioritising, and task management

Coach clients in developing self-monitoring and self-regulation strategies

Support students and adults who struggle with initiation, transitions, and flexibility

Collaborate with therapists, educators, and families

Monitor client progress and adapt coaching approaches over time

Minimum Qualifications

Coaching qualification in executive function, ADHD coaching, or related field

Minimum 2 years executive function coaching experience

Strong understanding of neuropsychological executive function models

ICF or equivalent professional membership

Preferred Qualifications

Specialisation in EF coaching for neurodiverse clients

Experience with university students or young adults

Assistive technology knowledge for EF support

UAE Licensing & Professional Requirements

Coaching is an unregulated profession in the UAE; however, we expect all coaches to hold recognised professional qualifications, accreditation from a reputable coaching body (e.g. ICF, EMCC, AC), and relevant experience. Coaches must operate within their scope of practice and comply with all applicable UAE professional and legal requirements.
