Simone's Tutoring in Dubai is seeking an Executive Function Specialist to coach students on planning, organisation, and self-regulation. You will design personalised programmes and work with families and schools to implement strategies across settings.

The role is freelance/contract, offering flexible scheduling and a 65% commission on paid sessions and packages. Remote work options are available with in-person sessions at homes or schools in Dubai.

Role Overview

We are looking for an Executive Function Specialist to support students who struggle with planning, organisation, working memory, time management, and self-regulation. You will deliver targeted coaching and skills training to help students develop strategies that improve academic performance and independence.

Key Responsibilities

Assess students' executive function profiles and challenges

Design and implement personalised executive function coaching programmes

Teach planning, organisation, task initiation, and time management strategies

Support students with homework management and academic organisation

Collaborate with parents to implement strategies consistently at home

Liaise with schools and teachers on classroom support

Monitor progress and adjust programmes to evolving student needs

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field

MOHRE Tutor Permit or eligibility to obtain

Training in executive function coaching or ADHD coaching

Minimum 2 years working with students with EF challenges

Preferred Qualifications

Certification in executive function or ADHD coaching

Experience with students on the autism spectrum

Knowledge of assistive technology for EF support

UAE Licensing Requirements

Tutors and educational specialists operating in the UAE are required to hold a valid MOHRE Tutor Permit or equivalent work authorisation. Applicants must hold, or be eligible to obtain, the relevant permit before providing in-person services. Please ensure compliance with UAE Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation regulations.
