This freelance/contract role offers a flexible schedule, a 65% commission on completed coaching sessions, and opportunities to expand a private practice within a multidisciplinary team across Dubai and the UAE.

Qualifications

• ICF-accredited qualification required; PCC/MCC preferred.
• 3+ years leadership coaching experience required.
• Experience with education or professional services contexts and 360-degree tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct leadership assessments and 360-degree feedback debrief coaching.
• Design and deliver personalised leadership coaching programmes.
• Coach clients in strategic thinking, decision-making, and influential communication.
• Support leaders through organisational transitions, team challenges, and growth.
• Develop clients' emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and authentic leadership style.
• Facilitate group leadership workshops and team coaching where applicable.
• Maintain confidential and professional leadership coaching relationships.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Leadership Coach to support educators, school leaders, and professional parents in developing their leadership capabilities, communication, and personal effectiveness.

You will use evidence-based coaching tools to unlock leadership potential and drive meaningful growth.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct leadership assessments and 360-degree feedback debrief coaching

Design and deliver personalised leadership coaching programmes

Coach clients in strategic thinking, decision-making, and influential communication

Support leaders through organisational transitions, team challenges, and growth

Develop clients' emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and authentic leadership style

Facilitate group leadership workshops and team coaching where applicable

Maintain confidential and professional leadership coaching relationships

Minimum Qualifications

ICF-accredited leadership or executive coaching qualification (PCC or MCC preferred)

Minimum 3 years leadership coaching or executive coaching experience

Experience using 360-degree or leadership assessment tools

Strong background in organisational psychology or leadership development

Preferred Qualifications

Experience coaching school principals, heads of department, or education leaders

Accreditation with EMCC or Association for Coaching

Training in systemic team coaching

UAE Licensing & Professional Requirements

Coaching is an unregulated profession in the UAE; however, we expect all coaches to hold recognised professional qualifications, accreditation from a reputable coaching body (e.g. ICF, EMCC, AC), and relevant experience. Coaches must operate within their scope of practice and comply with all applicable UAE professional and legal requirements.

Applicants must be legally authorised to work in the UAE through one of the following:

Compensation
Earn 65% commission on all completed and fully paid coaching sessions and coaching packages.
Commission is calculated after client payment has been received.
Payments are processed monthly.
Independent contractor position.
