Job summary

Simone's Tutoring is seeking a qualified Parent Coach to support families in Dubai. The role focuses on coaching parents, building positive family dynamics, and delivering evidence-based strategies for children of various ages.

You will conduct consultations, offer 1:1 and group sessions, and collaborate with other professionals to tailor plans that fit each family's needs in a flexible freelance environment.

Qualifications

• Coaching qualification or accreditation in parent coaching, family coaching, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years parent coaching or family support experience.
• Knowledge of child development and attachment principles.

We are looking for a qualified Parent Coach to support parents and caregivers in developing effective parenting strategies, strengthening family relationships, and navigating the challenges of raising children of all ages. You will provide compassionate, evidence-based coaching tailored to each family's unique needs.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct parent coaching consultations and needs assessments

Deliver 1:1 and group parent coaching sessions

Teach evidence-based parenting strategies for different ages and stages

Support parents of children with ADHD, ASD, anxiety, or behavioural challenges

Help parents improve communication and connection with their children

Provide practical guidance on routines, boundaries, and discipline approaches

Collaborate with therapists, educators, and other professionals where relevant

Minimum Qualifications

Coaching qualification or accreditation in parent coaching, family coaching, or related field

Minimum 2 years parent coaching or family support experience

Knowledge of child development and attachment principles

Commitment to positive, non-judgemental coaching practice

Preferred Qualifications

Training in Circle of Security, Triple P, or Attachment-Based parenting programmes

Experience supporting parents of neurodiverse children

ICF membership or equivalent

UAE Licensing & Professional Requirements

Coaching is an unregulated profession in the UAE; however, we expect all coaches to hold recognised professional qualifications, accreditation from a reputable coaching body (e.g. ICF, EMCC, AC), and relevant experience. Coaches must operate within their scope of practice and comply with all applicable UAE professional and legal requirements.
