Job summary

Simone's Tutoring in Dubai seeks freelance study-skills coaches to deliver online and at-home sessions. You will assess students, teach evidence-based techniques, and craft revision plans while coordinating with parents.

This is a flexible, independent-contractor role with 65% commission on completed coaching sessions. UAE MOHRE permit required or eligible to obtain; opportunities may include workshops and wellbeing programmes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or Psychology is required.
• MOHRE Tutor Permit or eligibility to obtain.
• Minimum 2 years study skills coaching or tutoring experience.
• Familiarity with evidence-based learning science.

Key Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

Coaching certification

Experience with high-achieving or gifted students

Knowledge of exam board requirements (CAIE, Edexcel, IBO)

UAE Licensing Requirements

Tutors and educational specialists operating in the UAE are required to hold a valid MOHRE Tutor Permit or equivalent work authorisation. Applicants must hold, or be eligible to obtain, the relevant permit before providing in-person services. Please ensure compliance with UAE Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation regulations.
