About the Role

We are seeking a qualified ADHD Academic Coach to provide targeted support for students with ADHD who are struggling with academic organisation, focus, homework, and study skills. You will help students build practical strategies to manage their ADHD and thrive academically.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess students' ADHD-related academic challenges and strengths
• Provide personalised ADHD academic coaching sessions
• Teach focus, organisation, time management, and task completion strategies
• Work with students to develop homework routines and study plans
• Engage parents in strategy implementation and home support
• Collaborate with teachers, psychologists, and OTs
• Monitor academic progress and adjust coaching strategies

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field
• MOHRE Tutor Permit or eligibility to obtain
• ADHD coaching certification or training (e.g. ICF-certified, ADHD coaching training)
• Minimum 2 years coaching or teaching students with ADHD

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with secondary school or university students with ADHD
• Familiarity with ADHD medication management support

UAE Licensing Requirements: Tutors and educational specialists operating in the UAE are required to hold a valid MOHRE Tutor Permit or equivalent work authorisation. Applicants must hold, or be eligible to obtain, the relevant permit before providing in-person services. Please ensure compliance with UAE Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation regulations.

UAE Visa & Work Eligibility

• Applicants must be legally authorised to work in the UAE through one of the following:
