Job summary

Simone's Tutoring in Dubai is seeking a qualified ADHD Coach to support children, adolescents and adults through personalised strategies for managing ADHD symptoms. You will work as a freelance/contract coach, delivering sessions online or at students’ homes and schools as appropriate.

You will conduct assessments, set goals, and deliver coaching programmes across age groups. Collaboration with parents and educators is essential, with emphasis on routines, executive function, and accountability.

Qualifications

• Recognised ADHD coaching certification (e.g. PAAC, ADHD Coaches Organisation training).
• ICF accreditation or equivalent coaching qualification.
• Minimum 2 years ADHD coaching experience.
• Strong understanding of ADHD neuroscience and presentation.

Role Overview

We are seeking a qualified ADHD Coach to provide specialist coaching support for children, adolescents, and adults with ADHD. You will help clients develop personalised strategies to manage ADHD symptoms, improve daily functioning, and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct ADHD coaching assessments and goal-setting sessions

Deliver personalised ADHD coaching programmes for clients across age groups

Coach clients in time management, organisation, focus, and task completion

Help clients build routines, systems, and accountability structures

Collaborate with parents, educators, and healthcare professionals

Provide parents of ADHD children with practical coaching strategies

Stay current with ADHD research and evidence‑based coaching approaches

Minimum Qualifications

Recognised ADHD coaching certification (e.g. PAAC, ADHD Coaches Organisation training)

ICF accreditation or equivalent coaching qualification

Minimum 2 years ADHD coaching experience

Strong understanding of ADHD neuroscience and presentation

Preferred Qualifications

PAAC (Professional Association of ADHD Coaches) membership

Experience with adult ADHD in workplace or university settings

Familiarity with ADHD medication and its role in coaching

UAE Licensing & Professional Requirements

Coaching is an unregulated profession in the UAE; however, we expect all coaches to hold recognised professional qualifications, accreditation from a reputable coaching body (e.g. ICF, EMCC, AC), and relevant experience. Coaches must operate within their scope of practice and comply with all applicable UAE professional and legal requirements.

Dependent Visa with legal work eligibility

Any other valid UAE work authorisation

Compensation
