Sundus in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Business Development Manager for Executive Education to lead and expand our programs. You will build strategic client relationships, identify market opportunities, and drive growth through tailored training solutions.

You will conceptualize and launch executive education initiatives aligned with industry needs, collaborate with corporate partners to translate requirements into compelling offerings, and cultivate partnerships to maximize enrollment and impact.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in business development or executive education.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow Executive Education Programs.
• Build client relationships, identify strategic opportunities, and drive business growth through customized training solutions.
• Conceptualize and launch executive education and continuing-education programs aligned with industry needs.
• Work closely with corporate partners to identify continuing education requirements and translate them into market-relevant offerings.
• Cultivate and manage industry partnerships, onboard subject matter experts, and drive outreach, marketing, and program promotion to maximize visibility, enrollment, and impact.
