Job summary

Confidential Company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a proactive sales professional to convert inquiries into enrollments for professional certifications, language courses, diplomas and vocational programs.

You will generate leads, approach HR and Learning & Development managers, build strong relationships with corporate clients, and drive enrollment targets while maintaining accurate records of activities and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a Training Center or Distance Education Center.
• Experience in education sales, admissions, telesales, or corporate training sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Convert inquiries and leads into enrollments for certifications and courses.
• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, cold calling and other sales activities.
• Develop corporate business by approaching HR and LD managers to promote group training.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment seat and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities and customer interactions.
