Job summary

NYU Abu Dhabi is seeking an accomplished commercial leader to drive the next phase of executive education growth for the Stern School of Business at NYU Abu Dhabi. Based in the Office of Executive and Professional Education, the role will build Stern's regional client base and convert opportunities into sustainable partnerships across government, corporate and institutional sectors.

Qualifications

• 7 years experience in business development, strategic partnerships, corporate relations or a comparable commercial environment.
• Demonstrated ability to originate and secure high‑value B2B opportunities, ideally with government entities or major corporations.
• Experience architecting, writing, and leading complex proposals and bids, including multi‑million‑dollar opportunities.
• Strong commercial judgement across pricing, negotiation, contracting and partnership development.
• Ability to translate complex academic research or technical expertise into clear client propositions.
• Established credibility with senior government and corporate stakeholders in UAE/GCC markets.
• Experience in executive education, higher education or knowledge‑intensive environments favored.
• Arabic language skills are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop the market identifying and converting strategic opportunities across government, corporate and institutional sectors.
• Build senior relationships and secure high-value, multi-year partnerships.
• Lead complex bids and proposals including multi-million-dollar opportunities.
• Shape and author propositions translating faculty expertise and research into differentiated commercial solutions.
• Structure partnerships including MSAs, MOUs, pricing and terms with Finance and Legal.
• Mobilise the NYU network across NYU, Abu Dhabi and Shanghai to strengthen the regional proposition.
