Sundus in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Business Development Manager for Executive Education to lead and expand our programs. You will build strategic client relationships, identify market opportunities, and drive growth through tailored training solutions.

You will conceptualize and launch executive education initiatives aligned with industry needs, collaborate with corporate partners to translate requirements into compelling offerings, and cultivate partnerships to maximize enrollment and impact.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in business development or executive education.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in English.
