Job summary

TalentsTide in Dubai seeks an experienced technology leader to drive CRM strategy, architecture, and the implementation of Cognitive AI solutions across enterprise platforms. The role focuses on scalable, secure CRM transformations aligned with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements.

You will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with business stakeholders, and oversee integration with core banking systems and data platforms to improve customer engagement and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in IT, enterprise technology, CRM, solution architecture, or digital transformation.
• Strong experience in enterprise CRM strategy, implementation, customization, and integration.
• Hands-on exposure to Cognitive Technologies, AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, APIs, system integration, and cloud technologies.
• Experience leading large-scale technology transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
• Experience within banking, financial services, or other regulated industries is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRM strategy and transformation initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Drive adoption of Cognitive Technologies, AI, ML, and Generative AI across CRM platforms.
• Define CRM solution architecture and oversee integrations and roadmaps.
• Lead large-scale CRM and digital transformation projects from planning through implementation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and technology teams to deliver solutions.
• Establish governance frameworks and drive continuous improvement.
