Job summary

Creatio in Dubai is seeking an AI Consultant to help enterprises identify, design, and launch high-value AI agents at scale. This role sits at the intersection of business consulting, AI strategy, and solution design, advising customers and shaping adoption roadmaps with measurable ROI.

You will collaborate with AI engineers, product, solution engineering, sales, and customer success teams to ensure agents are deployed, scaled, and delivering high ROI across CRM, ERP, and SaaS workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in business analysis, process design, value mapping, and discovery.
• Familiarity with modern LLMs, AI agent architecture, and business process automation; comfort with APIs and integrations.
• Experience in Solution Consulting, AI Consulting, Solution Implementation, Business Consulting, or similar customer-facing roles.
• Hands-ons experience designing or launching AI-powered solutions or AI agents.
• Experience translating business requirements into solution designs.
• Experience working with enterprise customers and multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and systems thinking.
• Excellent spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to develop AI adoption roadmaps and identify AI opportunities.
• Prioritize AI use cases based on business impact and technical feasibility.
• Translate business problems into solution concepts, requirements, and proposals with success metrics.
• Design AI agent solutions and redesign workflows to remove repetitive tasks.
• Define how AI agents integrate with CRM, ERP, SaaS apps, APIs, and workflows.
• Prepare agent specifications and solution documentation for delivery teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Delivery across pre-sales, implementation, adoption.
• Support customer presentations and executive discussions on AI strategy.
• Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and industry best practices.
