Job summary

Client of AIQU is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Architect to lead enterprise-wide architecture programs across ERP, CRM, and Salesforce platforms in the UAE. You will drive digital transformation initiatives, set architecture standards, and ensure alignment between IT strategy and business objectives.

Responsibilities include governance, program leadership for ERP transformations, and designing CRM solutions with Salesforce focus.

Qualifications

12+ years in enterprise architecture roles with ERP/CRM focus.
Experience designing and implementing ERP solutions (SAP/Oracle) and integrations.
Strong Salesforce architecture knowledge including data models, integration patterns, and security.
Proven ability to establish and manage architecture governance and review processes.
Excellent stakeholder management and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

Define and govern enterprise architecture standards, roadmaps and reference architectures for UAE.
Lead end-to-end ERP transformation programs including selection, implementation oversight and integration.
Design and oversee CRM solutions with emphasis on Salesforce architecture and data integration.
Establish governance review boards and compliance checks aligned with UAE regulations.
Collaborate with business and IT to translate requirements into scalable, secure designs.
