Job summary

iMPLEMENTAi in Dubai seeks a senior technology executive to lead enterprise technology, AI adoption, and digital transformation across multiple business units. The role reports to the CEO and offers executive-level compensation with housing allowance and comprehensive benefits.

You will define the group technology roadmap, drive AI initiatives, and oversee cybersecurity, vendor relationships, and digital risk.

Qualifications

10+ years of technology leadership experience, including 3–5 years at C-level.
Proven delivery of AI solutions, machine-learning initiatives and digital platforms in complex environments.
Strong cloud, enterprise systems, data analytics and cybersecurity expertise.
Working knowledge of modern AI platforms and frameworks including OpenAI.
Ability to lead multi-sector digital strategy and connect AI capability to business outcomes.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technology or engineering discipline; Master’s or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

Define and implement the group technology roadmap in line with strategic business goals.
Lead enterprise-wide AI adoption to improve productivity, decision-making and competitive advantage.
Drive digital transformation including cloud migration, ERP integration and workflow automation.
Evaluate and implement AI platforms, tools and frameworks across multiple sectors.
Oversee cybersecurity, technology investment, vendor relationships and digital risk.
Build and mentor high-performing technology, engineering, cybersecurity and AI teams.
Report technology and AI implementation performance directly to the CEO.
