PPOAR in Umm-al-Qaiwain UAE is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen operations in a high-end setting. You will create menus, supervise staff, and ensure top-quality food presentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting.
• Experience in menu planning, cost control, and ordering supplies.
• Knowledge of health regulations related to food handling and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

• Create new menu items and recipes in collaboration with the kitchen staff.
• Supervise the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, dishwashing, and sanitation.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Ensure that all food is prepared according to health regulations and standards of quality and presentation.
• Train new kitchen staff on proper food handling techniques and safety protocols.
