Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop new menu items that adhere to established recipes and cooking techniques
• Ensure all food items are cooked to perfection
• Manage kitchen staff including hiring, training and scheduling
• Oversee food preparation processes including ordering ingredients, monitoring storage areas, as well as maintaining a clean work environment
• Monitor food safety standards at all times according to local health regulations
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and sales
• Ensure compliance with all health regulations regarding sanitation, hygiene, and safety standards
