Job summary

Waves Investments & Properties L.L.C. in Dubai is seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO, a hands-on role blending operations, CRM governance, and strategic project support in a fast-paced real estate environment.

You will manage calendars, prepare briefings, dashboards, and communications, while coordinating cross-functional workflows, investor updates, and brand initiatives with a high degree of autonomy and discretion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5–10 years experience in Dubai real estate, operations, consultancy, or EA roles.
• Strong CRM proficiency (Zoho, Salesforce, Leadrat or similar).
• Advanced Excel skills: formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage CEO calendar, meetings, travel logistics, and daily priorities.
• Prepare briefing notes, presentations, and talking points for clients, developers, and investors.
• Draft and manage internal/external correspondence for the CEO.
• Lead cross-functional projects and optimise workflows across departments.
