How You Will Make An Impact
Executive Support and Priority Management
- Manage and optimize the Chairman 's schedule, ensuring meetings, deliverables, and engagements are prioritized effectively.
- Coordinate high-level meetings and prepare structured briefs, discussion points, supporting information, and follow-up actions.
- Act as a central coordination point for priorities and help ensure tasks are executed within required timelines across functions.

- Use AI tools and digital productivity platforms to improve efficiency in research, reporting, and workflow management.

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor 's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- 7-8 years of experience supporting Chairman or CXO-level executives.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting, analysis, and presentations.
- Strong data analysis and interpretation capability.
