Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Group CEO 's calendar, appointments, meetings, commitments, and scheduling priorities.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, accommodation, transportation, and related administrative requirements.
  • Organize meetings involving senior management, internal departments, external stakeholders, and business partners.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, supporting materials, briefing documents, and follow-up actions where required.
  • Monitor executive schedules carefully and resolve timing conflicts while maintaining appropriate priorities.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, telephone communications, and other executive office communications professionally.
  • Draft, review, format, and edit reports, presentations, letters, memoranda, and official documents.
  • Maintain structured filing and document management systems for confidential executive records.
  • Protect sensitive business, executive, employee, and stakeholder information by applying a consistently high level of discretion.
  • Compile information and data required for reports, management discussions, presentations, or executive decision-making.
  • Track meeting actions and coordinate with relevant teams to support timely completion of outstanding requirements.
  • Assist with special projects, management initiatives, research tasks, and time-sensitive assignments undertaken by the Group CEO 's Office.
  • Provide administrative assistance to other members of the CEO Office when workload or business priorities require support.
  • Coordinate executive events, leadership meetings, visitor arrangements, and associated logistics.
  • Maintain accurate contact information, meeting records, schedules, correspondence, and administrative documentation.
  • Anticipate upcoming requirements and prepare information or arrangements before they become urgent.
  • Adapt quickly when priorities, schedules, or executive requirements change at short notice.
  • Maintain professional communication standards when representing the Group CEO 's Office internally and externally.
