Job summary

ITP Media Group in Dubai seeks an Events Sales Assistant to support its busy hospitality events team. The role focuses on administrative tasks, driving ticket sales, and coordinating with editorial and commercial teams to ensure successful events.

Responsibilities include MS Office-based forms and reports, travel arrangements for colleagues and VIP guests, post-event sponsor follow-up, and onsite event support. A degree and at least two years in a similar role are required.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent industry qualification.
• At least two years experience in a similar role.
• Proactive communicator with strong written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Admin assistance to support the events team across business and consumer brands.
• Driving ticket sales and following up with pending payments.
• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the events team has everything needed.
• Creating and managing forms and documents to track information and drive ticket sales using MS Excel and Word.
• Coordinate travel arrangements including flights and cars for colleagues and VIP guests.
• Post-event follow-up with sponsors and attendees; prepare sponsor reports and event photos.
• Support the team onsite during events.
