Job summary

Al‑Futtaim Electric Mobility is seeking an EV Service Advisor for BYD in Dubai to manage service visits, explain repairs, coordinate workshop activities, and support sales while delivering a professional BYD service experience from reception to delivery.

You will communicate clearly with customers, document issues, and provide accurate estimates, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty in a fast-evolving EV environment. UAE driving license preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 2–3 years in automotive service advising or customer-facing aftersales role.
• Experience with electric or hybrid vehicle brands preferred.
• Understanding of workshop operations, repair orders, service estimates, and vehicle delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and create a professional service reception experience.
• Document symptoms and review vehicle history, maintenance schedules, and charging concerns.
• Create repair orders and prepare service estimates including labour, parts, and diagnostics.
• Explain maintenance requirements and charging systems in clear language to customers.
• Coordinate repair needs with EV Technicians and workshop teams.
• Provide regular updates to customers on progress and timelines.
• Upsell maintenance packages and charging solutions where appropriate.
• Ensure proper documentation and approvals before work begins.
• Support customer retention and post-delivery follow-up.
