You will welcome customers, explain repair recommendations, coordinate with technicians, and build loyalty through proactive service solutions, delivering timely, transparent updates throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in automotive, mechanical engineering, or business.
• 2–3 years as a Service Advisor or in an Aftersales role in automotive.
• EV or Hybrid brand experience preferred.
• Strong English; Arabic an advantage.
• UAE driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide expert advice on EV maintenance, charging systems and service requirements.
• Create service estimates and explain repair recommendations clearly.
• Build long-term customer relationships to enhance retention and loyalty.
• Coordinate with EV Technicians/workshop teams for timely repairs.
• Keep customers informed with regular updates and promote additional services.
