Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive, in partnership with BYD, is hiring an EV Service Advisor in Dubai to guide customers through their EV service journey, provide expert advice, and deliver a seamless aftersales experience.

You will build loyalty, drive revenue, and ensure transparent, professional service from vehicle reception to delivery, coordinating with technicians and keeping customers informed.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related field.
2–3 years in service advisory or customer-facing Aftersales in automotive.
Experience with EV or Hybrid brands preferred.
English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
UAE driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers and advise on EV maintenance, charging, and service requirements.
Create service estimates and explain repairs clearly.
Build long-term relationships to boost retention.
Coordinate with EV Technicians and workshops for timely repairs.
Keep customers informed with regular updates.
Promote services, accessories, and maintenance packages.
Ensure on-time delivery with clear work explanations.
Document actions and follow company policies.
