Job summary

Asteco is seeking a Property Operations Manager to oversee estate operations, maintenance, and administration for a diverse asset portfolio in Abu Dhabi. You will coordinate contracts, leases, and supplier relationships while ensuring compliance with HSE and company policies.

The role requires 5–7 years in real estate or development, a Diploma in Real Estate Management or Building Services, and strong English. MBA is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the negotiation of property management contracts, leases, and financing in coordination with Commercial and Legal functions.
• Identify and assess technical aspects and requirements for tendering and contractor qualifications in coordination with Procurement and Administration.
• Prepare proposals for property management opportunities.
• Manage sales contracts, property leases, collection processes, and lease renewals.
• Manage end-user customer relationships.
• Ensure compliance with lease terms and contractual obligations.
• Coordinate design and construction feedback with Development Planning and Projects during tendering.
• Liaise with Marketing and Sales to enhance end-user relationships.
• Coordinate with Finance to resolve outstanding debt and financial issues as per policies.
• Prepare periodic reports on divisional activities and progress.
