Job summary

Nationwide Middle East Properties LLC is seeking a Property & Facilities Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership across a diverse real estate portfolio in Abu Dhabi. You will own property and facilities management, drive commercial performance and ensure asset integrity while engaging stakeholders at all levels.

The role interfaces with owners, landlords, tenants, contractors and internal teams to ensure assets are well-governed, cost-efficient and compliant with regulatory

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in property or facilities management.
• Experience overseeing end-to-end property management and tenancy administration.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive portfolio performance through occupancy, renewals and revenue oversight.
• Lead commercial negotiations and lease-related matters.
• Oversee contractors, service providers and maintenance performance.
• Ensure governance over leases, registrations and inspections.
• Monitor budgets, expenditures and financial performance.
