Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in relevant field.
• 5–8 years of industrial property, warehouse, or labor accommodation management.
• Experience in leasing, facilities management, and coordination with authorities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations, leasing, tenant relations, and maintenance.
• Coordinate with authorities to obtain approvals and ensure compliance.
• Oversee contract administration, renewals, and handovers.
• Market vacant units and support occupancy targets.
• Prepare occupancy and leasing reports and budgets.
• Lead contractors and ensure safety and service quality.
