Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the day‑to‑day operations of properties including leasing, maintenance, and financial management.
• Develop and implement property management strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Ensure properties are well maintained, safe, and compliant with local laws and regulations.
• Maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and service providers.
• Develop and manage budgets and financial reports for each property.
• Conduct regular property inspections and address any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
• Hire, train, and manage a team of property management professionals.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and retain current tenants.
• Stay up to date on market trends and industry developments to make informed decisions.
• Handle tenant complaints and resolve any conflicts in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, Facilities Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management or real estate.
• Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to property management.
• Valid property management license or certification preferred.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
