Job summary

Sourcet is seeking a Head of Operations – Real Estate in Abu Dhabi to lead the day-to-day operations of the real estate portfolio, including leasing, property management, and maintenance. You will develop strategies, manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive efficiency across functions.

The role requires 8–10 years in real estate operations with 3–5 years in a managerial capacity, and a strong grasp of UAE regulations and leasing practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in real estate operations.
• 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or Property Management.
• Strong understanding of UAE real estate regulations and leasing practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the real estate portfolio, including leasing, property management, maintenance, and tenant relations.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve business performance.
• Ensure compliance with UAE real estate laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Monitor operational budgets, control costs, and optimize resource utilization.
• Lead operations teams and coordinate with Finance, HR, Legal, and other departments.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure operational effectiveness.
• Review operational reports and implement process improvements.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships to ensure quality service.
• Oversee maintenance programs for managed properties.
• Resolve escalated tenant, landlord, and client concerns promptly.
• Ensure timely renewal of permits, licenses, contracts, and service agreements.
• Identify operational risks and mitigation strategies.
• Support business development by improving operational capabilities and customer service.
• Prepare operational reports and present performance updates to senior management.
• Lead automation initiatives to streamline processes and leverage AI for efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT and system vendors to ensure effective implementation and integration.
