Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in private estates, luxury residences, family offices, or ultra-luxury hospitality.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary operational teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing large teams in service-driven environments.
• Knowledge of luxury service standards and VIP expectations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily estate operations and maintain highest standards.
• Lead Housekeeping, Maintenance, Security, Landscaping, Drivers, and support services.
• Ensure seamless service delivery across all departments.
• Conduct regular inspections for cleanliness, presentation, safety.
• Manage daily schedules and staffing levels across departments.
• Respond promptly to issues and implement practical solutions.
• Monitor inventory and resources to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Develop and maintain SOPs to improve efficiency.
• Ensure health, safety, and company policy compliance.
• Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion.
