Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for end-user technical support.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues both remotely and on-site.
• Troubleshoot local networks, Wi-Fi, POS systems, printers, and business applications.
• Provide daily IT operations and systems support to end users.
• Escalate unresolved technical issues and follow up until they are resolved.
• Install, upgrade, maintain, and repair PCs at the component level.
• Support and troubleshoot Audio Visual (AV) systems.
• Coordinate with external vendors for maintenance, repairs, and service requests.
• Monitor network performance proactively and maintain accurate IT documentation.
