Job summary

Confidential in Dubai seeks an IT Assistant to provide front-line technical support and maintain IT infrastructure across its hospitality operations, resolving daily hardware, software, and network issues to ensure uptime for guest and business systems.

The selected candidate will assist with component-level PC troubleshooting, support POS terminals and AV setups, and coordinate hardware repairs with vendors, while maintaining accurate IT documentation.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates, interns or entry-level candidates encouraged.
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency with Windows OS, PC hardware repairs, local networking, POS hardware, AV systems, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for end-user technical support and IT helpdesk inquiries.
• Troubleshoot and repair workstation hardware, operating systems, and business software.
• Maintain network connectivity, Wi-Fi access points, POS terminals, printers, and AV systems.
• Install, upgrade, and perform component-level maintenance on desktop and laptop hardware.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors for hardware servicing, warranty maintenance, and technical repairs.
