BLUE OCEAN CORPORATION seeks a seasoned Business Development professional to drive growth in corporate training sales, build strategic client relationships, and close high-value deals in the UAE market. You will coordinate with HR, L&D and procurement to tailor learning solutions and ensure revenue targets are met.

The role requires strong negotiation, presentation and independent work ethic, with proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems. A network of corporate clients is highly advantageous.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years in business development or corporate training sales.
• Understanding of corporate training, professional certifications and L&D services.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and generate new business through corporate clients, government and educational institutions.
• Promote and sell corporate training programs, certifications and custom learning solutions.
• Build relationships with HR, L&D, procurement and key decision-makers.
• Conduct client meetings and prepare proposals, quotations and commercial offers.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close deals to meet revenue targets.
• Manage the sales pipeline and coordinate delivery with the Training Operations team.
• Maintain client and sales records in the CRM system.
