Job summary

IntelSQ is seeking a high-performing enterprise sales professional in the UAE to drive deals with government and enterprise accounts. You will guide C-suite and operations leaders through discovery, demos, and full-cycle negotiations, tailoring proposals with pre-sales and implementation teams.

You will manage contracts, participate in industry events, and leverage an existing UAE/GCC network. The role offers flexible hybrid work with equity participation and UAE-based compensation benchmarks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience.
• Proven track record of closing 6-figure+ deals.
• Strong executive presence and consultative selling skills.
• Existing network in UAE/GCC government, construction, energy, or healthcare sectors.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own a pipeline of enterprise and government accounts across target verticals.
• Lead product demonstrations tailored to client operational challenges.
• Work with pre-sales and implementation teams to design solution proposals.
• Manage contract negotiations with procurement and legal teams.
• Represent IntelSQ at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
