Job summary

Caliberly is seeking a Recruitment Consultant in Dubai to lead end-to-end recruitment, from business development to candidate sourcing and interviewing. The role requires strong experience in recruitment, staffing, talent acquisition, or consultancy, with UAE/GCC market knowledge.

You will manage client relationships, build talent pipelines, and coordinate offers and onboarding. The ideal candidate will handle job briefs, market insights, and recruitment metrics, driving revenue and placements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, talent acquisition, or recruitment consultancy.
• Experience handling both candidate sourcing and client management.
• UAE/GCC recruitment experience is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job intake through candidate placement.
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews.
• Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, cultural fit, and client requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across assigned sectors.
• Present shortlisted candidates to clients with detailed profiles and recommendations.
