Job summary

Referment is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive with proven SaaS enterprise sales experience to join their remote UAE team. You will drive sponsorship sales for a regular events programme, engaging senior decision-makers and aligning solutions with client objectives.

The ideal candidate has a track record of closing deals, building structured sales processes (MEDDIC preferred), and maintaining a robust pipeline. A long-term career with progression into leadership is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience selling SaaS to medium and large enterprises.
• Demonstrates quota attainment, deal sizes and conversion rates.
• Structured sales approach; MEDDIC is a plus.
• Long-term career growth with increasing responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop new-business opportunities through outreach and lead generation.
• Understand prospects' target markets, commercial objectives and buying criteria.
• Pitch sponsorship opportunities to senior stakeholders.
• Manage the sales process from qualification through negotiation and close.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline and deliver against targets.
