Job summary

Moodys is seeking a senior sales leader to drive enterprise solutions across Banking, Insurance, Asset Management and Private Banking in the Middle East. You will own end-to-end sales cycles, build strategic relationships, and deliver complex data and analytics offerings leveraging Moodys platforms.

The role requires up to 50% travel, hybrid work, and a deep understanding of GCC markets and regulatory risk. A BA/BS is required, with 10 years of experience and strong Arabic language skills.

Qualifications

• 10 years of leadership in complex software and data sales across GCC/Middle East.
• Proven ability to close high-value sales with end-to-end processes.
• Strong knowledge of banking industry and risk analytics.
• Knowledge of risk management regulations preferred.
• Excellent communication and networking with prospects and customers at all levels.
• Expert Arabic language skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Sell Moodys solutions to Banking, Insurance, Asset Management and Private Banking segments.
• Identify opportunities and expand enterprise-scale solutions across the region.
• Establish C-suite dialogue and relationships to deliver tailored propositions.
• Drive strategic engagement and foster commercial relationships with key customers.
• Develop and track strategic account plans including forecasts and KPIs.
• Travel up to 50% and operate in a hybrid work model.
