The role emphasizes building a strong revenue pipeline, onboarding large-scale merchants, and expanding adoption of Botim Money’s payments solutions across a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development, sales, fintech, or payments (MENA preferred).
• Proven track record in merchant acquisition and revenue growth.
• Strong knowledge of merchant acquiring PSP partnerships and digital payments.
• Experience building sales pipelines and managing high-value partnerships.
• Familiarity with POS, QR codes, and VIBANs.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire strategic merchants and enterprise clients across MENA.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline with ongoing merchant engagement.
• Drive revenue growth and increase transaction volumes for Botim Money solutions.
• Conduct market analysis to identify high-potential industries and opportunities.
• Coordinate onboarding, integration, and support with Tech, Product, Compliance, and Operations.
• Track KPIs, revenue, and market expansion efforts; conduct regular reviews with merchants.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing merchant support in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
