Job summary

Astra Tech in Dubai is seeking a highly analytical B2B Growth Manager – SME Lending to drive acquisition, activation and growth of SME customers across the BOTIM ecosystem. You will own the end-to-end growth funnel for SME Lending, from identifying high-potential businesses to driving application, approval, disbursement and repeat borrowing.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in Growth, Fintech, Lending, or B2B services.
• Strong analytical skills with large datasets.
• Experience with experimentation and funnel optimization.
• Ability to translate data into executable campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end SME lending growth funnel from acquisition to cross-sell.
• Identify high-potential SME segments using first-party data.
• Run structured A/B tests across channels and journeys.
• Collaborate with Product, Risk, Data and Sales to optimize onboarding.
• Develop CRM journeys and lifecycle cohorts.
