Job summary

Checkout.com in the United Arab Emirates seeks an Enterprise Technical Account Manager to be the technical heartbeat of strategic merchant relationships. You’ll own API integrations and guide complex migrations to scale the payments platform.

With 4+ years in senior, client-facing technical roles, you’ll translate performance data into business impact, lead executive reviews, and enable merchants through training and workshops. A hybrid Dubai-based role supports collaboration and delivery.

Qualifications

4+ years in a senior, client-facing technical role such as Technical Account Management, Solutions Consulting, or Sales Engineering.
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
Hands-on expertise with RESTful APIs, reading API docs, troubleshooting integrations.
Exceptional communication skills, able to relate to C-level execs and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Become strategic advisor, diving into merchant data to drive growth and improve payment performance.
Own API integrations, coordinate incident responses, and lead technical migrations and launches.
Translate merchant feedback into product insights and enablement activities.
