Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the relevant field.
• Extensive sales support experience in Personal Computing / End-user devices, preferably with HP, Lenovo, Dell.
• Able to identify, cultivate and close deals.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills (English verbal and written).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Self-motivated and disciplined.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales team with complex technical requirements: servers, storage, data protection, DR for on-prem and cloud.
• Knowledge of enterprise servers, blades, storage, HCI, virtualization, and Azure.
• Design MS solutions based on AD, Exchange, SCCM, Office 365, Azure.
• Knowledge of VDI with Citrix and Microsoft technologies.
• Provide consultation / design for projects and define the scope of work.
• Derive a BOM and prepare proposals with design, SoW and BOM.
• Liaise with principals on products / technologies on technical, commercials and marketing fronts.
• Advise management on market trends and demands to stay competitive.
• Prepare reports on opportunities status and bridge gaps with competitive products and vendors.
• Maintain confidentiality on design, proposal and documentation.
• Interact with Post Sales on evaluation of new products and technologies to propose optimal designs.
• Conduct periodic internal presentations to Sales & Post Sales on products and technologies.
• Achieve individual targets on product lines through Sales and Services.
• Prepare reports on opportunities and achievements on proposals.
• Liaise with Post Sales and advise on pricing for services.
• Collaborate with technical teams to align on new products and technologies to be sold and supported.
• Provide performance enhancement consultations as needed.
