Job summary

Client of Weekday AI is seeking an Enterprise Sales Executive in Dubai to drive new business and expand existing enterprise accounts. You will own the full sales cycle, engage senior technology decision-makers, and position IT infrastructure VMware and cloud solutions to address complex business challenges.

The role requires strong hunter instincts, excellent negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in enterprise IT sales or related B2B roles.
• Hands-on sales experience with VMware, AWS, Azure, or Public Cloud solutions.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and cloud technologies.
• Proven track record of generating new business, building pipelines, and closing enterprise technology deals.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
• Middle East/GCC sales experience preferred and willingness to relocate to Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to closure and renewal.
• Identify and develop new enterprise accounts across UAE and the broader Middle East.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and networking.
• Engage with CIOs, CTOs, IT Managers, and procurement teams.
• Position VMware and cloud solutions to customer business challenges.
• Collaborate with pre-sales and vendor partners to develop proposals and demonstrations.
• Manage meetings, negotiations, and deal closure with accuracy in CRM.
