Job summary

ICD Group in Dubai is seeking an experienced B2B technology sales professional to build and grow a portfolio of UAE-based enterprise customers for server, storage and networking parts. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to quotation and order fulfilment, collaborating with presales, logistics and ERPNext users.

This role requires a proven network of IT buyers, strong communication, and the ability to travel within the UAE.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B technology sales or account management with UAE customers.
• Good understanding of server, storage and networking parts in enterprise environments.
• Established network of IT buyers, system integrators or resellers in the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a portfolio of UAE business customers for enterprise server, storage and networking parts.
• Win new accounts among enterprises, government bodies, system integrators and resellers in the UAE.
• Record every request accurately in ERPNext and coordinate with presales and the quote desk to send clear quotations.
• Follow quotations and orders through to delivery, collaborating with logistics for shipping and customs into the UAE.
• Introduce TPM, professional services and ITAD services when needed.
• Collaborate with the Dubai branch team on availability, delivery and customer visits across all seven emirates.
• Report on pipeline, market activity and customer feedback to UAE and Northern Gulf Country Manager.
