Job summary

IT Max is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Account Manager to drive revenue across Abu Dhabi and Dubai. You will own enterprise accounts, lead end-to-end sales cycles, and work with pre-sales and support engineers to tailor IT infrastructure and software solutions for major clients.

Ideal candidates bring a business or engineering background, 5+ years in UAE B2B tech sales, and a proven record of multi-million-dollar quotas. Travel between Abu Dhabi and Dubai is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of B2B sales and enterprise account management in the UAE.
• Proven record of exceeding multi-million-dollar sales quotas in IT/telecom.
• Strong technical understanding of enterprise IT, cloud, cybersecurity, and software.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and executive relationship-building.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder procurement.
• Valid UAE driving license; travel between Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and account expansion across enterprise accounts in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
• Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities in telecom, IT, and software sectors.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closure.
• Collaborate with pre-sales and support engineers to tailor solutions.
• Deliver executive-level presentations, defend proposals, and negotiate contracts.
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and CRM records.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with CIOs, IT directors, and procurement leads.
