Job summary

Cregis is seeking an accomplished Enterprise Sales professional in Dubai to identify and pursue opportunities in software and institutional markets. You will lead outreach, build strategic relationships, and close deals with financial services, fintech, and crypto players.

The role requires strong hunter instincts, a track record of exceeding targets, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer success in the UAE market.

Qualifications

• Enterprise software/institutional sales experience is required.
• Experience in financial services, cybersecurity, or cryptocurrency is preferred.
• Solid understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency.
• Track record of over-achievement in enterprise sales roles.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong hunting capabilities.
• Willingness to prospect and qualify new opportunities.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin fluency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential leads through channels such as networking, research, campaigns, events and cold outreach.
• Provide timely, high-quality customer service and issue resolution to Cregis Affiliates and users; liaise with internal teams; suggest improvements to management.
• Expand Cregis client base and build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Enhance Cregis reputation and business in local markets.
• Build and nurture relationships with key industry players for partnerships.
