Job summary

CrowdStrike is looking for a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our high-performing sales team in the United Arab Emirates. You will be the first point of contact for enterprise prospects, driving the pipeline and setting the tone for long-term relationships.

In this hybrid-remote role, you will engage with C-suite and senior leaders, align with marketing and channel partners, and help expand our presence across South Africa while becoming a cyber security thought leader.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English.
• Bonus points for cybersecurity knowledge or SaaS sales experience.
• Experience in telephone sales and in the South African market is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage prospective customers over the phone to identify new opportunities for CrowdStrike.
• Run a structured and consultative sales process from prospecting to closure.
• Discover and drive new business opportunities within Corporate or Enterprise accounts.
• Conduct high-level discovery calls with C‑suite and their VPs.
• Become a cyber security expert and thought leader.
• Earn a black belt in competitive selling and objection handling.
• Collaborate with marketing and channel partners to execute a successful go-to-market strategy.
• Provide exceptional, high‑touch customer service, including escalation and coordination of support issues as needed.
• Stay well educated and informed about the competitive landscape and how to sell the value of our solutions compared to relevant competitors.
