Job summary

Talent Pools.ai is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive for the Dubai market to drive new business across the UAE and Qatar. This hybrid role combines ownership of the sales cycle—from prospecting to close—with direct access to senior leadership and a local Dubai team.

You will target banking, retail, real estate, and telecom, demonstrate the platform, build your pipeline, and manage deals of USD 30K–50K or more.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience selling subscription software (SaaS) with a track record of new business.
• Experience closing deals worth USD 30K–50K or more in enterprise software.
• Experience selling CRM or marketing software; CX/surveys/research software is a strong plus.
• New customers you've won yourself in the UAE or Gulf region.

Responsibilities

• Win new enterprise and mid-market customers across UAE and Qatar.
• Build pipeline via outbound activity and existing networks; demos to prospects.
• Manage the sales process from first conversation to signed contract with cross-functional support.
