Job summary

ByteDance's BytePlus team is seeking an experienced technical senior to lead enterprise cloud projects in the Dubai area. You will manage migrations, deployments, and ongoing support for major clients while guiding post-sales technical strategy.

You will drive customer success through deep cloud and AI know-how, act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, and contribute to best-practice documentation to sustain growth and innovation across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 3+ years in technical customer-facing roles such as Technical Account Manager, Cloud Solution Architect, CSM or Technical Project Manager.
• Deep expertise in cloud or AI product suites from major global cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Collaborative team player with ability to set goals, drive delivery and foster team morale.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for key enterprise accounts, building long-term relationships.
• Provide expert technical guidance during post-sales, understanding client scenarios and sharing best practices.
• Own and lead project delivery for cloud migration, deployment and expansion with on-time completion.
• Act as lead liaison for technical issues and escalations, delivering solutions for evolving customer needs.
• Maintain thought leadership in Cloud, AI, and ML through documentation and internal best practices.
