Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in Solutions Architect, Pre-Sales Engineer, or similar customer-facing technical role.
• Hands-on experience delivering image, video, or multimodal Gen AI systems in production.
• Strong background in cloud platforms, GPU workloads, and distributed systems.
• Experience supporting enterprise customers across MEA and US regions.
• Comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with Gen AI tech.
• Chinese language proficiency required for managing Chinese-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Sales Partnership: Collaborate with regional Sales to shape Video/Image/Multimodal Gen AI opportunities.
• Multimodal Solution Delivery: Design and deliver AIGC solutions with brand consistency and VLM workflows.
• Production Pipeline Architecture: Architect Gen AI pipelines using diffusion models and LoRA/adapter-based fine-tuning.
• Agentic Workflow Design: Develop autonomous agent workflows with retries and human-in-the-loop approvals.
• Governance & Advisory: Guide model selection, cost, latency, and IP/content safety considerations.
• Lifecycle Ownership: Own AIGC POCs and influence product roadmaps, drive post-sales upsell.
