Job summary

ByteDance’s BytePlus team seeks a senior sales professional to establish a sustainable B2B pipeline across the MENA region. You will manage relationships, drive new logo adoption, and convert growth-stage customers for GenAI workflows and API-based tools.

The role requires 5+ years of B2B sales, experience with creative SaaS or e-commerce ecosystems, and a consultative selling approach. UAE-based opportunity with significant growth potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed required.
• 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Proven track record closing mid-market deals.
• Strong knowledge of GenAI workflows.
• Experience in creative SaaS or e-commerce tools.
• Exposure to Israel or US SaaS ecosystems.
• Understanding of content generation/advertising workflows.

Responsibilities

• Establish a proven and sustainable pipeline for ByteDance's innovation technology solution suite and expand BytePlus business across MENA.
• Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base (driving new logo adoption) in countries across MENA, able to sell consultatively.
• Identify, prospect, and convert growth-stage customers across GenAI workflows, agentic AI applications, and API-based creative tools.
• Build predictable pipelines through outbound prospecting, developer relationships, app ecosystem communities, and aggregator partnerships.
• Convert aggregator-driven accounts (marketplaces) into direct enterprise accounts.
